HEAC provides after school and summer educational support services for students in grades K-5. Diagnostic evaluation is offered so that an individual educational program may be "tailor-made" to address a student's specific strengths and weaknesses. Each 55-minute session is limited to one instructor per student to maintain individualized instruction for each student.
Academic programs are offered in the areas of reading, math, spelling, language arts, and written expression. Remediation of learning differences is offered in the areas of auditory and visual perception and visual motor skills. Executive function skills that aim to improve listening, attending, as well as organization and study skills are also offered.
